The personnel at K & T have extensive experience in the construction of animated figures, dynamic and static structures, piping and power generation components. Welders and welding procedures are qualified per the American Welding Society for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using a variety of processes including shielded metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, and gas metal arc welding in the pulsed or spray modes. K & T also has an AWS certified welding inspector to develop and qualify these procedures and to qualify additional procedures. This allows work to be performed to other codes such as ASME, API, or MIL specs. Visual weld inspection, liquid penetrate or magnetic particle inspection as well as dimensional verification and material traceability can also be incorporated into the manufacturing process as specified in the contract requirements.
